Does God really exist?

The devil(satan) has deceived millions of

people into thinking that God does not exist.

God created science but satan has used science

and twisted it to deceive the world that there

is no God. The devil has convinced so many

people that science is god of the universe.

Smh! I feel really sorry for people who have

fallen into this trap and this is a clear

indication that we(christians) have a lot of

work to do.

Sometimes I really wonder what God has done

that people hate him so much. The moment some

people hear about God, they get so furious and

annoyed. The truth is that we are getting

angry at the wrong person. The devil is the

one causing all this hatred and he keeps

deceiving most of us into thinking that it is

God's fault that there is pain and struggle in

the world. Jesus clearly said "the thieve

comes to steal, kill and destroy but I have

come that you may have life and have it

abundantly"(Jn 10:10). So you see, pain and

struggle come from satan(the thieve). The

reason why there is still suffering in the

world is because we are still suffering from

the effect of the sin committed by Adam and

Eve as narrated in Gen 2:4-3:24. God still

loves us very much and all this suffering will

be over when we join him in heaven. In God's

kingdom, there is no pain, no suffering, no

struggle, no hate, no negative thing at all.

I have heard many people ask this  question before "how did

God come about"? The truth is that we should never ask this

particular question and just accept who he is. The tendency is that

when we keep asking this question, we tend to disbelieve and then

our faith goes down the drain. It is only the devil who brings this

question to mind to have us confused. The universe itself is a

mystery let alone God's existence. The human brain is too little to

understand God's mystery and therefore we should just accept him

and believe.

If an atheist scientist asks me "how did God come about"? My

question to him is 'how did Science come about"? At least I can

explain how science came about: God created science.

Is there any benefit in accepting the God we do not see?

My cousin once said something to me that stroke me. He said

his teacher told him this "it is better to strongly believe in Jesus

and then find out that he didn't exist than not believe in him at all

and then find out that he actually existed. Because if you were

believing in Jesus and found out that he didn't exist, you have

nothing to lose (besides needless pride) but if he actually existed

and you never believed in him before, you will definitely regret

and it will be too late". Now tell me, isn't this wise enough?  It is

better to just try Jesus out and him for divine understanding instead

of just shutting him out completely. Jesus(God the son) is full of

love and is willing to help us understand who he is if only we let

him.

What we fail to realize is that there is no forgiveness on

judgment day. Even though God is so loving and compassionate,

he can not forgive us on judgment day. You know why? Because it

will mean that all what he said would come to pass will be a lie.

God doesn't make mistakes and so his words will happen. That is

why he is giving us the chance now to submit ourselves to him. Let

him who has ears, ......

The fact that you do not see the benefit of accepting God does

not mean that there is no benefit. It simply means you are yet to

discover that benefit; and the only way to discover it is by first

accepting him. When you accept Jesus(God the son), you get into a

personal relationship with him and you will now be able to

understand who he really is and will discover for yourself that he

exists. Think of it this way. Is it possible to know if your

dad(earthly father) exists if you don't get to meet him? Is it

possible to really understand your dad's behavior if you don't have

a personal relationship with him? Definitely not! That is why the

only way to know that God exists is to first accept him and then

get into a personal relationship with him. You have nothing to

lose, but much to gain. Bear one thing in mind; faith in someone

you do not see is real faith.

People keep asking themselves this question "if God is real, then

why can't he deliver us from satan and end our suffering once and

for all? If he knows our hearts, why can't he make us choose him?"

Well, let me answer that with this illustration:

Assuming that your landlord built an apartment complex which

has about 25 apartments. You happen to rent one of the 25

apartments. He has put you in charge of that particular apartment

in which you live. Even though your landlord controls the entire

complex, does he have the right to walk into your apartment

without your permission? Can he walk in and out of your place as

he pleases? I believe we all know the answer to that :)

In the same way, God created all of us and put us in charge of

our mind and body. God is not just our landlord, but our Universal

Lord. He respects our bodies such that he allows us as owners to

make the decision to seek him or seek otherwise. There is God,

there is satan. There is the Holy Spirit, there is the evil spirit.

There are angels, there are demons. If we choose God, then we

have chosen God the father, the son and the holy spirit and so will

his angels protect us. If we deny him, be rest assure that it is satan,

his demons and the evil spirit we have embraced.

Let no one deceive you that being God-fearing is boring. Let

no one deceive you that you should live your life now as you

please  and then when you get old and are tired of having fun, you

can then accept Jesus. What if the pleasures of life make you not to

see that age? Then your life would have been vanity and you will

be answerable to God on judgment day. By the way, as a born

again christian, you would enjoy your life even better because God

is full of love, peace and a sound mind. Don't get me wrong. I am

not condemning anybody. Regardless of what you have done or are

doing in life, just invite Jesus to take charge. Jesus is a friend to

all(good or bad). I pray everyday that we sincerely submit our

hearts to Jesus so that we all can inherit the kingdom of heaven.

May our good Lord bless this world and let it be known that we

shall rise as a people and conquer the devil in Jesus' name.

Science doesn't point away from God;
                                  Science points to God *

Summary

1. Atheists have a limited mindset; they

believe only in science. On the other hand,

believers have an unlimited mindset; they

believe in science and believe also in the

existence of God(the God of science).

So tell me, doesn't it make more sense that

believers in God are wiser? They believe in

science and even more. Think about it! What do

we have to lose by just moving one step

further? We believe in science, which is good.

But now, it would be awesome if we move one

step further to believe in the God of

science(Jehovah almighty). It is not like

believers(e.g christians) don't believe in

science. They do but they are one step

further(i.e believe in the creator of

science).

2. Science can explain how the world came

about, but can not explain our purpose in this

life(on earth), and what will happen to us

after this life. But guess what? Christianity

can explain how the world came about, our

purpose in this life, and what will happen to

us after this life.

3.  Scientists(atheists only) say there is no

heaven. They say that christians just

fantasize about a wonderful place called

heaven where there is love, joy, no pain for

eternity; just to satisfy our hope desire. Let

us assume that it is true that christians

fantasize about heaven. But here is the

question. Why then would christians also say

that there is a hell? Hell is the scariest and

most evil place no one would want to be;

including us christians. So why would

christians want to frighten people away with

such a claim if it wasn't true? Think about

that.

4. Scientists have never seen evolution take

place but have only read about it in science

books. So if they have faith in books, why

can't they have faith in another book(the

bible). Why do scientists think christians are

stupid for having faith in the book(bible)

when they themselves(scientists) are also

having faith in a book(science books)?

5. Scientists(the atheists only) don't believe

in miracles. They describe miracles as magic.

So if they believe in magic why can't they

believe in miracles. Magic is to satan as

a miracle is to God. Anyone who believes in

magic should obviously believe in miracles.

Examples

As you know, most philosophers and extreme

scientists argue against God's existence,

right? However, one of the most famous

philosophers by name 'Aristotle' approved the

existence of a supreme being. Aristotle was a

philosopher who believed so much in scientific

laws but never for once denied the existence

of a supreme being. Isn't that awesome?

Aristotle argues in book 12 of the

'metaphysics' and I quote "there must be an

immortal, unchanging being, ultimately

responsible for all wholeness and orderliness

in the sensible world". Now, I don't know if I

understood this statement properly but it

seems to me that this statement is explaining

that Aristotle confirmed the existence of a

supreme immortal being. Who else would that be

other than God almighty?

   Richard Hammond(2008,p.242) in his book

"the unknown universe" claims that a complete

definition for the origin of the universe can

not be explained. As far as the puzzle of

missing antimatter, I am sorry to say I cannot

give you the solution, and, although there are

a number of putative theories, this represents

yet another piece of our wonderful but unknown

universe(Hammond, 2008). It is quite

interesting when bright physicists, such as

the aforementioned gentleman, are not able to

come up with a detailed explanation of the

origin of the  entire universe. And that is a

clear indication that the most intelligent

science brains that have or will ever exist

are still too little to understand God's

miracles. Therefore, we must buckle up and get

real. God is real and he is the mighty one.

Were we once animals?

     Extreme scientists who dispute the

existence of God often argue that we(humans)

were once monkeys and as a result of

evolution, monkeys became human. Let us just

assume that human beings were once

animals(monkeys) billions of years ago. Here

is my question "how did monkeys come about"?

Better yet, if no one created animals, how did

they come about"? That is a question whose

answer I would love to hear(i.e from a

scientific point of view). However, as a

believer in God, I would love to answer that

question from a biblical point of view. The

english standard version bible clearly says

"and God said 'let the earth bring forth

living creatures according to their kinds;

livestock and creeping things and beasts of

the earth according to their kinds'. And it

was so".(Gen 1:24). As you can see for

yourself, God created all living creatures on

the earth.

That obviously did not stop there. He went

ahead to create man in his own image. This can

be proven in (Gen 1:26-27) which says "Then

God said 'let us make man in our image, after

our likeness and'…so God created man in his

own image, in the image of God he created him;

male and female he created them".

Also, if evolution argues that humans were

once monkeys, here is my question. Why then do

we still have monkeys today? Think with me for

a minute. If all humans were once monkeys,

shouldn't all monkeys be human today?  Guys

please let us be real. There is a supreme

being out there who created human beings. His

name is 'Jehovah Almighty'.

Witnesses to evolution

If an extreme scientist asks you this

question "why do you believe in the God you

can't see"? Your response to him/her should be

"why do they believe in scientific evolution

they do not see as well". Some scientists deny

in the existence of God claiming that

evolution is real and God is not. Now, let us

define evolution in simple terms. The merriam-

webster dictionary defines 'evolution' as

the process by which changes in plants and animals

happen over time. From my understanding, evolution

is more or less the scientific changes that

occur after a very long period of time,

usually a million years to a billion years. So

here is my concern. Scientists who do not

believe in God say that God does not exist and

that God did not create human beings. They

argue that human beings resulted from

monkeys(i.e humans were once monkeys).

As we all know, it is impossible for any

human being today to live as long as a

thousand years, let alone a million or a

billion years. If man can't live that long,

then man can not witness evolution for himself

right? Therefore, scientists' claim that

evolution takes place is often based on

science books written by other legend

scientists who are no more; which implies that

they have faith in these science books.

So,here is the question: If scientists(those

who don't believe in God) and philosophers

have faith in these science books, why

wouldn't they have faith in the bible(another

book)? If these scientists have faith in

science books, is it abnormal for christians

to have faith in their own book(the bible)?

And here is the difference. Science books keep

giving abstract knowledge which is not

beneficial for the soul but the bible gives a

peace of mind, real knowledge of the

creator(God), spiritual revelation of

Grace(Jesus), pure love, and happiness; many

valuable things which science and philosophy

won't give. Now, don't get me wrong. There is

nothing wrong in studying science or working

as a scientist. Science is good because it

opens up our mind to life occurrences (such as

gravity, pressure, energy, etc) but it should

never be used as a way to challenge God. That

will be an abomination. Do you know what it

means to challenge God? Let me tell you what

it means.

Challenging God's existence means that we

are questioning his power and we are thereby

implying that we can do better than him(God).

Please bear one thing in mind; God is the God

of science. The bible clearly says "in the

beginning, God created the heavens and the

earth. The earth was formless and void, and

darkness was over the surface of the deep and

the spirit of God was moving over the surface

of the waters"(Gen 1:1-2). This verse clearly

explains that in the beginning, God created

the heavens and the earth by his mighty

miraculous power and even though created, the

earth still had no form and it was dark. I bet

scientists atheists would say that evolution

caused the earth to be formed through

scientific occurrences. Smh! The bible goes

further to say "then God said,'let there be

light' and there was light"(Gen 1:3). My

science pals would probably say that evolution

caused light to appear. Ladies and gentlemen,

God is the God of science. The truth is that I

love science but I love God even more. Yes,

the world has a beginning and an end but guess

what? Out of God came the beginning.

This takes us to the question "why can

scientists not see God in their research"?

No one in heaven or on earth can take God's

glory, because he alone has the power and

might; a power which the human brain can't

understand irrespective of the I.Q of a

particular individual.Look at it this way, if

you thin you are as nearly as 50% as smart as

God, then you should be able to create at

least 50% of a human body or animal out of no

where. Better yet, if you are as nearly as 1%

as smart as God, then you should be able to

create just 1% of a creature out of no where.

To the best of my knowledge, no human can do

that. Therefore, we must give God all the

glory for his inexplicable power. To God be

all the glory and praise. The most brilliant

scientists and philosophers of all times can't

see God in their clock because God exists out

of the universal clock. He is in his own

domain alone.

Benefits of believing as opposed to not believing

Assuming that a gentleman is diagnosed with cancer and

the cancer has spread all over his body i.e from head to toe,

doctors(who don't believe in God) obviously know that this

poor sick man won't make it. But guess what? With those

who believe in God, there is HOPE that God can heal this

man. As a matter of fact, I know of a man in my

church(Bethel world outreach) who went through this and was

healed by God. Ladies and gentlemen, I urge you to just try

God out. You have nothing to lose. Why would you reject

someone so awesome and loving? God is full of love, peace,

harmony, and mighty powers. The fact that you have not

seen him does not mean that he does not exist. Remember,

the bible says "hope that is seen is not hope"(Rom 8:24). This

therefore means that faith in someone you do not see is real

faith.

So here is my conclusion: With Atheists(non believers),

hope is limited to the world's possibilities; but with Believers

in God, hope is unlimited(i.e it goes beyond human

reasoning).

Secondly, atheists strongly hold on to science and explain

that science is the reason why everything happens the way it

happens. Guess what? Believers in God also believe in

science but hold on to the fact that God the father is the

God of science. So, the thing is these scientists have a

limited way of looking at life but believers have an unlimited

and wiser way of looking at life. Scientists(who don't believe in

God) can explain how the world came about but can not

explain our purpose in life and what happens to us after this

life meanwhile believers in God can explain all these. So tell

me, which makes more sense? Who would you rather be?

The one who can explain only part of the most important

questions or the one who can explain all of the most important

questions?

  * Atheists believe only in science but believers believe in science
                                                                                         plus God(creator of science) *
